Coaching expats in their thirties

Coaching for expats

When you're in your late twenties or early thirties, there's a good chance that your life will change at a rapid pace, especially when you moved to another country. Taking the next step in both your career and private life is often difficult, especially if you don't know exactly what you want. What is an optimal work-life balance for you? What do you do with expectations from your surroundings that you think you have to meet? And how do you deal with a (too) high workload and ambition level/perfectionism? If you are facing these challenges, you might be dealing with a quarter life crisis or you might benefit from career counselling. The coaches from the ME Company are specialised in both.

No matter how complicated your situation may seem, there is always a solution. Our coaches will help you choose what you really want. We will draw up a step-by-step plan together. In the end, you will have to make the choices yourself, but we will help you see the possible consequences of a choice. That way you can decide what you really want.

Coaching for expat partners

If your partner is an expat, there is a high chance that his or her job is the main reason you live in the Netherlands. But what about you? How do you feel in this foreign country? We noticed that expat partners regularly have more difficulty with settling in their new country and finding a new job than expats themselves. We can help you with these challenges.

Coaching Israeli expats

We found out that Israeli's have a different route of life caused by a period in the army and a more traditional society based on protection and fear. Even though Israeli millennials face the same problems around their mid-thirties as other European millennials, like stress of choices, quarter life crisis and career challenges. Israeli expats can get coached by a local coach.

How can we help you?

The ME Company is specialised in coaching millennials. We found out that most expats and partners of expats in their thirties recognize a lot of the same problems as Dutch millennials. However, their adaption to the Dutch culture plays a role as well. Therefore we work with both Dutch and international coaches, so you can choose a coach you prefer. If you want to get coached by our Israeli coach, the contact is via zoom, skype or a medium of your choice.
